I'm pretty much one of those people that claims to be shy but I know that it just takes time for me to watch a person, figure out their dynamic.See their expressions, whether they are open minded or not. See whether they enjoy laughing, or not ( there's people that hate laughing).

Basically I need to sit and gauge a persons personality or sense of purpose in the world before Im comfortable enough to talk freely.

I hate offending people or confrontation but I cannot stand to be pushed around. I'm sure I've shocked a few my friends over the years at just how fiercely I can protect myself or my family.

It took a while but I'm finally getting the swing of things.

The one thing I have learned over the past two or three years, is the importance of knowing yourself.

If you find things you don't like, such as behavior, appearance, lifestyle, or even decision making... You can change that and create yourself.

Life is a journey into yourself. Remember that.
